Routing & handoff

Control when a human is pulled into a conversation and who gets notified. See the concept in Human handoff.

Triggers

Enable any of:

  • Deal size — set a threshold (company size or resolved signals).
  • Explicit request — visitor asks for a person.
  • Negative sentiment — the AI detects frustration.
  • Keyword — specific terms (e.g., "security review", "procurement").

Recipients & channels

  • Slack — route to a channel or DM (see Slack).
  • Email — one or more addresses.
  • Round-robin — distribute across a team.

Each alert includes the full transcript and resolved identity so a rep can take over instantly.
