Triggers
Enable any of:
- Deal size — set a threshold (company size or resolved signals).
- Explicit request — visitor asks for a person.
- Negative sentiment — the AI detects frustration.
- Keyword — specific terms (e.g., "security review", "procurement").
Recipients & channels
- Slack — route to a channel or DM (see Slack).
- Email — one or more addresses.
- Round-robin — distribute across a team.
Each alert includes the full transcript and resolved identity so a rep can take over instantly.
