Migrating from Drift

Drift was absorbed into Salesloft in early 2025. GTM Clarity is built as the migration path — most teams are live in under 48 hours.

What transfers​

  • Playbooks — your routing and qualification logic maps to routing & handoff rules.
  • Knowledge — point the knowledge base at the same content your Drift bot used.
  • Conversions — define the same goals you tracked in Drift (see Conversion goals).

Steps​

  1. Install the widget alongside Drift (they can run in parallel during cutover).
  2. Recreate your goals and routing.
  3. Connect Salesforce / Slack.
  4. Remove the Drift snippet once you're confident.

The big difference: GTM Clarity bills per conversion, not per month.
