Conversion goals

A conversion goal is the event you're billed on. Configure under Settings → Conversions.

Built-in goals​

  • Booked demo — fires when a visitor completes a calendar booking.
  • Started trial — fires on trial sign-up.
  • Signed up — fires on account creation.

Custom goals​

Define your own (e.g., "requested quote"). Fire it from the assistant flow or a form submit. Programmatic firing via the API is in preview — see API overview.

Each goal can be enabled, disabled, or marked billable independently.
