Brand voice

Set how the assistant sounds under Settings → Brand voice.

  • Tone — pick a baseline (e.g., direct, friendly, formal) or describe it in your own words.
  • Do / don't — phrases to use and to avoid.
  • Examples — paste a few sentences in your voice; the assistant matches them.

Brand voice shapes phrasing, not facts — answers are still grounded in your knowledge base.
