GTM Clarity connects to the tools your revenue team already uses. Connect them under Settings → Integrations.

Salesforce	Sync conversations, identities, and conversions to leads/contacts
Slack	Real-time handoff alerts and daily summaries
Calendar	Let visitors book demos in-chat (Google / Microsoft)
Customer.io	Trigger lifecycle messaging on conversion
Webhooks	Send any event to your own systems

Calendar and Customer.io connect with OAuth from the Integrations page. For anything custom, use Webhooks or the API.
