Connect

Settings → Integrations → Slack → Add to Slack, then pick the channel for alerts.

What you get

• Handoff alerts — when a routing trigger fires, the channel gets the transcript, resolved identity, and a link to take over.
• Conversion notices — a message when a visitor converts.
• Daily digest — conversations, conversions, and handoffs from the last day.
