How it works

Every GTM Clarity conversation runs through four layers.

1. Identity resolution

Before a visitor types anything, GTM Clarity resolves them to a company and likely role using IP resolution and cookie matching on the delivr.ai identity graph. See Identity resolution.

2. Conversation AI

The assistant is fine-tuned on 1M+ real B2B sales conversations and grounded in your knowledge base, so it answers accurately and in your voice. See Conversation AI.

3. Human handoff

The AI handles about 80% of conversations on its own. A human steps in on the top 20% — big deals, explicit requests, or negative sentiment. See Human handoff.

4. Conversion tracking

When a visitor completes a goal you define, GTM Clarity records the conversion — and that is the only time you are billed. See Conversions & billing.
