Conversation AI

The assistant is a model fine-tuned on 1M+ real B2B sales conversations — not generic web text. It has learned how real reps open, qualify, handle objections, and move a deal forward.

Grounding (RAG)​

On top of the base model, every answer is grounded in your knowledge base — your site, help docs, and any content you add. This keeps answers accurate and current without retraining. See Knowledge base.

Brand voice​

The assistant writes in your tone. Set it under Settings → Brand voice. See Brand voice.

What it does in a conversation​

  • Greets with resolved context (company, role)
  • Runs discovery and qualification
  • Answers product questions from your knowledge base
  • Drives toward a defined conversion goal
  • Hands off to a human when the deal warrants it
