Identity resolution
GTM Clarity identifies anonymous visitors before the first message, so the assistant can greet them with context instead of asking "who are you?"
How it works
Resolution runs on the delivr.ai identity graph (4.5B+ verified emails) using IP resolution and cookie matching. When a visitor lands, GTM Clarity attempts to resolve:
- Company — firmographics (industry, size, region)
- Likely role — seniority and function, where available
- Return status — whether they've been on your site before
Privacy
Resolution uses hashed identifiers and is UID2-compliant. GTM Clarity does not sell visitor data. See Security.
What you get
Resolved attributes are attached to the conversation and synced to your CRM. The assistant uses them to tailor its opening and qualification. Unresolved visitors still get a full conversation — resolution is a bonus, not a gate.
