Sync GTM Clarity conversations, resolved identities, and conversions into Salesforce.

Connect

Settings → Integrations → Salesforce → Connect, then authorize with a Salesforce admin account.

What syncs

  • Lead / Contact — created or matched from the resolved identity.
  • Activity — the conversation transcript logged as a task.
  • Conversion — written to a field or as a converted lead, per your mapping.

Field mapping

Map GTM Clarity fields (company, role, conversion goal, transcript URL) to Salesforce fields under Field mapping. Bidirectional sync keeps owner and status current.
