Assistant setup
Configure the assistant under Settings → Assistant in the app.
- Name — what the assistant calls itself (e.g., "GTM Clarity").
- Greeting — the opening line. Use
{{company}}to insert the resolved company name. - Primary goal — the conversion the assistant works toward (see Conversion goals).
- Fallback — what to do when it can't answer (offer handoff, capture email).
Keep the greeting short and specific. Resolved context does the heavy lifting — see Identity resolution.
