Assistant setup

Configure the assistant under Settings → Assistant in the app.

  • Name — what the assistant calls itself (e.g., "GTM Clarity").
  • Greeting — the opening line. Use {{company}} to insert the resolved company name.
  • Primary goal — the conversion the assistant works toward (see Conversion goals).
  • Fallback — what to do when it can't answer (offer handoff, capture email).

Keep the greeting short and specific. Resolved context does the heavy lifting — see Identity resolution.
